Sunday 13th September.
Part 1
A later departure today.
Olifants sunrise
With a “hands on” 15yo and a lively pre teen in our group there has not been a dull moment.
Our “extra support person” now needs our full support, so we will slow the pace to suit.
Van is packed and Katie visits the shop before we leave camp.
The road south is busy and we are hoping for good sightings.
Mid way between Olifants and Satara a huge traffic jam.
Waiting……..
I can wait as long……
A tummy full
Another brainless act
Toilet time
Mmmmm lets not waste this
I can wait as long…as it takes…
Maybe they wont see me dropping in
Buffalo take away
We are not ready to share
We stayed long enough to get the pics.
The jockeying for best position was an art form and the animals in the tin cans were acting more vulture like than the vultures themselves.
A little further on a caring mother letting her children “cool their heels”.
I couldn’t get the other set of feet protruding from the passenger side window.
Two kills to follow
