Hi everyone
Katie's leg was reassessed by an orthopaedic surgeon in Nelspruit this morning.
He removed the plaster and after a thorough examination he was satisfied it was a bad sprain and torn ligaments.
He claimed he was disappointed because he would be missing out on doing some surgery.
Lucky though for Katie. She will be wearing a support brace for six weeks and will probably be on crutches for an extended period.
Physio will follow.
