Tuesday 9th March.
A late start today.
Our driver departed the camp at gate opening and drove to Malelane Gate to play ( holes of golf with another forumite.
The first photos were taken from the area behind reception.
Golfer arrived back in camp 10.30ish and we set off to drive to Crocodile Bridge.
Unfortunately the sun was not in the best position for this one
We decided to exit and drive the outside road to Malelane to stock up for our next 8 nights.
The animals had taken cover from the fierce midday heat.
Our only sightings from Berg en Dal to Crocodile Bridge were Ellies, Impala, birds, Giraffe Baboons and just before Crocodile Bridge Zebra, Warthogs and Wildebeest.
Shopping and lunch out of the way we re-entered Kruger and slowly drove back to Berg en Dal.
Around 4pm we decided to drive to Matjulu waterhole.
We were blocked by a large group of ellies, who had no intention of letting anyone pass.
We then drove for a short distance toward Malelane and spotted 5-6 rhino on the no access road near the refuse area, and another breeding herd of ellies.
